About the Artist

Lark Keeler

Over the past 22 years, Lark Keeler has taught visual arts in schools and in museums, working with students of all ages and abilities throughout the Florida communities of Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade.  A collector of interesting objects, Ms. Keeler develops curiosity and wonder in her students, encouraging them to become life-long learners and lovers of visual art and aesthetics.  Ms. Keeler creates art that encourages the viewer to explore, interact, and connect with ideas and aesthetics.  Her work is deeply personal and transdisciplinary, bridging thoughts from diverse realms of study.  Working primarily in mixed-media, Ms. Keeler builds new imaginings that envision and respond to spirit, science, sight, and sound.
